Nahhh I'm super down to help. General help is fine.
I block out Fridays for general help - copying Adam Grant's friday blocking method for givers.
But I get sad when they expect me to help them more and more and more and more. Projects can take days and weeks and months.
- feifan 4y agoIMO it's perfectly fine to start helping on a bounded part of a bigger project, but then decline to help on further asks/scope-creep.
