Last time I checked, there was no consensus on the damage you can avoid by using dark mode.
- night-rider 4y agoIt’s an accessibility thing. I don’t like the discomfort of shining what is effectively a torch into my eyes as I read. Maybe there’s no research but it’s essentially a preference.
- ipaddr 4y agoInstead of dark mode you can change the brightness of your screen.
