It'd probably be quicker for you to teach them once or twice than for them to change their entire career. People need to learn things before they can do them, it is what it is. I'd much rather work with someone that just needed to learn a few things I take for granted than someone who decides it's their right to say who's in or out of IT haha. Teach or get out of the way.
