I am utterly confused that such an important policy decision is introduced as a court order and not a law.
- rkagerer 4y agoFor sure. Though reviewing the order, I have a bittersweet suspicion this judge and the defendants might have done a better job than parliament will when they eventually take a crack at a legislated framework.
