Anecdotally, after two years of literally just looking at tumbleweed in the application inbox, as a still-hiring company I have rarely felt as swamped with really interesting candidates and annoying recruiters as in the past four weeks.
The tide has turned for sure.
- gopher_space 4y agoSenior dev with my own anecdote. There are more open positions with interesting companies than there is time in the day to apply for them. I’m able to filter them by turn around time on hiring and interview process because I’m spoiled for choice.
