Rate My HOA: Real ratings for every landlord and HOA
- jschveibinz 4y agoOk, so I’m a property owner. I am obligated to be a member of an HOA. If I give my HOA a bad rating, then I devalue my property by doing so…because buyers will check the HOA rating before buying in the neighborhood and walk away if it’s bad. So I won’t give my HOA a bad rating. I will handle things quietly. I don’t understand the value proposition.
