John Smart – The Goodness of the Universe (Stepping into the Future, 2022)
- arisbe__ 4y agoThis presentation presents a conceptual model for understanding evolutionary and developmental (i.e., increasing in complexity) processes at all scales. It is, like Kurzweil's narrative, a general theory of the future, but it is also more ambitious and encompassing than that. Using this model Smart speculates about the longer term fate of our universe and certain possible attractors (likely types of events) that will occur along the way.
