  It's likely he is leaving because he missed out on the top Amazon job and it's not uncommon to be pushed out if you don't win a competition like that. So maybe money, maybe head of a a company is the driver, maybe he was encouraged to leave and find something else. It's a great opportunity for Dave, and a great hiring by Flexport.
