It's amazing how people forget. Bill doesn't have to worry about losing everything he has -- there's no way -- muchless worry about losing his house, getting fired in a recession, or how he's going to get his kids through college. Other than that, and the ability to go anywhere you want, do anything you want within reason, and stay as long as you like -- yeah, I'm sure being a billionaire is overrated.

To address the first items, how about taking example from a country that has high progressive taxing system. You are taken care of, even though not particularly well.
