Thanks for this comment. I'm currently introducing K8 at my company and thought about using Helm at first, but since I don't have too many services at this point, I fell back to standard yaml config. This confirms my choice for now. I'll look into Dhall instead. I skipped Helm since I felt it introduced too much new tooling on top of K8 which is also new in company and me. But then I also felt the issue of duplication quite immediately.
