(But within the state, San Francisco County is indeed perhaps the laxest with regards to sentencing.)
- cudgy 4y agoThree strikes was part of a Clinton led crime bill passed in the 90’s by a tough on crime Democratic Party. Supported enthusiastically by Republicans as well of course — a “team effort”.
