I got about $50 back from Illinois and the paperwork took less than 5 minutes to complete - so we're talking about $625 per hour for my efforts. Definitely worth it. If you only stand to get $3, that would be closer to $36 per hour - still a pretty good return on your time though perhaps not at the top of your list of priorities ;)
