- melling 4y agovim bindings in Emacs. :-)
- kklimonda 4y agovim bindings in Emacs are so great that when something isn't implemented properly (eg. editing macros, global marks) it hurts so much more.
- ollien 4y agoI end up with vim bindings in VSCode at the present. It doesn't do everything but it does most things I want. There is neovim integration, but last time I tried it there were a bunch of glitchy things that didn't work right (I remember selection being buggy but I can't remember the specifics). Maybe I'll have to give it another whirl.
- sph 4y agoI went for evil-mode for a while, then I decided to just go full Emacs. I still use vim sometimes, but I've come to enjoy the Emacs bindings. Now I just need to install keymapper and convert all my M-w and C-y inputs to Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V.
- indymike 4y agoWhy use and editor when you can use an operating system? Really love all the editing options. It's a good time to be a developer.
