Drugs. Bad for generating ideas, but makes your ability to generate them when you're sober better.
- dspillett 4y agoSometimes now, if you are careful about dose. It can free the doubts and writers block. Hence the phrase a few write-y friends of mine like to repeat: write drunk, edit sober. Or to put it a little more prosaically: you can edit a bad page, you can't edit a blank page.
