None of us can answer the question for you. I know that, where I live, I wouldn't have any recourse or rights to severance if I were fired by Tesla for not relocating. State laws here basically say that the company can fire me at any time for any reason as long as they don't make it absolutely obvious they're doing it because of a protected status (e.g. race or age). But that's where I live. Not where you live.
