Ozone is exceptionally unstable, hence carcinogenic. However it's put in after the factory run. You get your car at best 2 weeks after that, unless it's imported and then its months. There's unlikely to be any ozone left after 12 hours anyway, but cars aren't air tight so volatile or not within the weeks it takes to get to you the level should be down to zero.
