- lifeplusplus 4y agonot sure what you referring to, but crime per capita (crimes per 100k) is very low, and cities with 1M+ or even 10M+ people are gonna have lot of crimes because there are lot of people, but chances of it happening it you are not much higher than living in a suburb somewhere in middle of nowhere.
