Luxury and corporate jets to receive exemptions from EU aviation fuel tax
- NickRandom 4y agoYet another example of 'One Rule for Me and another For Thee'... I (sort of) get the carve out for cargo only flights but an exemption for private business jets??? WTF!
- paulryanrogers 4y agoIndeed. I'd expect private jets should be taxed more since their benefit to society is smaller than a passenger or cargo jet
- hulitu 4y agoDepends of which society you're talking about. High society doesn't want to pay taxes.

- mike00632 4y ago1. I think this is just a headline. Maybe the page is rendering wrong for me but i don't see an article. 2. The Blaze is a Conservative media outlet started by Glenn Beck. It's not straight news.
- swills 4y agoThe headline makes it sound like it's already certain, but the article says it's still a plan.

- squarefoot 4y agoTim Cook: "So we'll soon have to make our products compatible with standard chargers, right? Well, let's talk about that fuel tax for business flights then". EU lawmaker: "Deal!".
