I love the idea behind this! Having said that, it will take a lot to convince experienced users to trust these over on-chain transactions. The info on your website is pretty sparse - there's not nearly enough info there to work out the security properties of these notes. I'm piecing together how it works from your various comments here, but you really want to have all that info in one place. I'm sure you know this already and I'm sure you're working on the website behind the scenes, and I look forward to reading when it's done! What's your business model? Do you plan to recoup costs by selling the physical notes, or is there some other plan?
