Yes, it says so on the page zamalek helpfully linked.
But it doesn't say so on the page you get to if you select "Pricing" from github's homepage. Nor, as far as I can tell, does it say so on any page linked to from that page.
- basisword 4y agoWhy would they need to list things that _aren't_ included? Where would that list stop?
- treis 4y agoOn the pricing page I see that Enterprise includes: Standard Support - GitHub Support can help you troubleshoot issues you run into while using GitHub. Get support via the web. Premium support is listed as "available" (so not included): With Premium, get a 30-minute SLA and 24/7 web and phone support. With Premium Plus, get everything in Premium plus your own Support Account Manager and more.
- mjw1007 4y agoRight, from which you can infer that you don't get a 30-minute SLA. But not that you get no SLA at all.
- treis 4y agoA SLA is a promise to do something in a specific amount of time. If you don't have that promise you don't have an SLA.
- Beldin 4y ago> With Premium Plus, get everything in Premium plus [...] Off topic, pedantic, but still... That is horrible writing. And that's not even going into the "and more".
