You do have the right to sell your domain for any price, but I guess it could be seen as owning a rental contract..
- dazc 4y agoYou are selling the rights of registration rather than the domain itself. So yes you are buying the domain so long as you keep paying the registration fees and comply with the rules set by the domain registry.
