I think this different (as said by other poster) or inflated title is on purpose. i.e. to get customers trust. Imagine Citi’s customer talk to their VP!

- BuyMyBitcoins 4y agoThis is absolutely a technique they use at branches and for customer support calls. The majority of people respond very positively when they think their problem is being handled by a Senior Vice President.
