What would dripping the ball look like at this point in the game? Mediocre annual upgrades?
- catach 4y agoI would expect that even mediocre annual upgrades wouldn't actually be a short-term business failure, as the vast bulk of sales are probably 3+ year upgrades. It would be a marketing failure though, and sustained would translate into a longer-term business failure.
