Surely it would be better to save one's passionate hatred for things that actually rise to that level, such as things that hurt people who can't just choose an alternative. I prefer to think of mere differences between operating systems as neither good nor bad, just different, and use whatever is most practical in any given circumstance, while trying not to get emotionally worked up about its downsides.
