Ouch, that MacBook Pro 13" chassis makes me hurt. The air actually has a better body, that's disappointing. The display size, magsafe and function keys are all better on Air but it doesn't have a fan for sustained performance :'(
- dry_soup 4y agoAnd the touchbar limps on
- bredren 4y agoConfounding why this is continuing. Is there that much remaining inventory?
- romanovcode 4y agoThat would be the only reason I can imagine.
- ricardobeat 4y agoThat’s what the MBP 14/16 are for. Unless you’re editing video though, it’s unlikely you’ll notice a difference.
- skavi 4y agoAs far as I can tell, there is almost no reason for the 13” MBP to exist.
- Hamuko 4y agoEspecially with the single external display limitation. It's basically just a MacBook Air with fans.
- pishpash 4y agoWait till software catches up where the fan needs to turn on.
- saagarjha 4y agoLots of people like computers that have "pro" in the name…
- futhey 4y agoI can only imagine there is a yet-to-be-announced replacement in the works. Perhaps the 16" M2, or the return of a "MacBook" line. Seems like this will stop existing at some point.
- seppel 4y ago> Ouch, that MacBook Pro 13" chassis makes me hurt. It is just the previous MacbookPro 13" with the M1 replaced with an M2. The Air is better in all regards if I read the spec correctly.
