The article misses the point. Climate change is a far harder on poorer people vs less educated people. The bottom 10% of least educated people in the first world will almost certainly be better off than the top 10% of educated people in the poorest countries in respect to climate change effects. What these people really need is to get wealthier. Education plays a role in that, but a far greater role is played by country level sensible, growth oriented economic policy.
