Elon is well known to leap before checking everything on the other side. That's well within the norm of his behavior. For the record, I'd actually prefer if he didn't buy Twitter as I care about him spending that time on SpaceX instead. Getting us to Mars is a much bigger problem than fixing one minor social media platform. Most of the "behavior" that is reported about him is exaggerated, taken out of context, or outright lies. So no, in general I don't have huge issues with his current behavior. It's a lot better than it was back during the time period when Tesla was having a lot of financial issues and he was an emotional wreck.
