I have a lot of vivid dreams where there's some storyline going on, and within that story my mind constructs some architecture for the story to play out in. Very detailed and specific structures that I'll navigate through (that's the sensation)- hallways, rooms, environments with people and objects and where I can remember very small details, like a golden fleur-de-lys symbol on a public bathroom stall door. I've always suspected that these dreams are somehow linked to coding and the spatial/navigational sensations I get when constructing some idea in code.
