- rektide 4y agoLeave it to Australia to insure the corrupt get paid for getting covered & their feelings hurt. This country has such a bloodthirsty legal system with regard to hurt feelings & the rights to privacy for ultra-wealthy world-burning imperialist fatcats. Personally the world is so bad & there's so many pieces of shit out there that I think humor is the only possible convcievable way to view things. The Daily Show certainly helped the world tune in to understand & grasp what was going on, to see it with enough slant & mirth & ridiculousness to be worth watching, & not just the saddest sorriest tragedy.
