I’ve played a bit, and the reason I don’t mind the p2w model is because I’ve never tried to compete at that level. Let’s be real, even if it wasn’t pay to win there are still people out there who will be so far ahead of me that it nights as well be. When I played D3 I actually played solo most of the time, really only competing against myself and enjoying the game. One time someone gave me a weapon that let me one shot everything and it honestly ruined the game for me. I deleted and started over because for me the fun is in the journey.
