I've enjoyed using git-ssb (https://scuttlebot.io/apis/community/git-ssb.html https://scuttlebot.io/apis/community/git-ssb.html), which allows me to save and share git repos using the scuttlebutt gossip protocol. Makes for a nice decentralized solution where I can back up between my machines, and those that I'm working on a project with. The only problem that I've found is that my github repo now shows very little activity which make job hunting harder.
