An airline pilot who is unable to work because they refuse to have the required vaccines is of no use to their employer.
- xeromal 4y agoUnless they're part of a union which is a problem for their employer.
- Beltalowda 4y agoIt's not that they're "unable to work", it's just that they can't work on some flights, which makes the scheduling a bit harder for KLM since not every employee can work on every flight.
