Corporations should off-load the real estate in dense urban cores and let developers convert those buildings to housing.
- azemetre 4y agoPeople say this is hard to do but I’m unsure of the reasons why. Is it possible the plumbing is vastly different between business and residential or is it just another zoning issues that makes no sense?
