Does antisocial activity need to be dealt with from outside the -verse, with gods and angels in the form of moderators, or from inside the -verse by police who are present and close by? Either way, who pays for the humans doing it? I'd think the users should pay for the moderation they want, not leave it up to a corporation that really doesn't have incentives or capacity aligned with the users.
