- t0mas88 4y agoIf it's linked to an individual, they can. And I'm sure Tesla data is linked to an individual via their account.
- zoydnog 4y agoSomeone should try to send them a variant of that 'nightmare GDPR letter'.

- tgsovlerkhgsel 4y agoIt would also be interesting to see what legal basis (https://gdpr-info.eu/art-6-gdpr/ https://gdpr-info.eu/art-6-gdpr/) under GDPR they use to collect the data in the first place, or whether they simply don't collect that data from the EU.
