The issue there is that there is 20-30% chance of being disappointed. That’s far to high to justify for most people, I would estimate my threshold for confidence when purchasing something needs to be >95%. I now only ever buy from Amazon if I’m stuck for time and need it quickly / don't have 10 min to shop around.
