Except they’re not lazy, all the Indians here in the US are very successful and the distinction all but disappears within one generation because it becomes impossible to tell apart castes when everyone starts speaking with an American accent and has American mannerisms. It’s just a matter of keeping on and letting the problems solve themselves. I don’t think you can use the same strategies that work with other minority groups in the US.
