True, as Europeans we are basically always disadvantaged and need to set up a new entity to be able to receive an investment from YC (or likely most US investors).
- hef19898 4y agoA lot of US investors have, afaik, EU branches. Plus, you can easily have foreign owners of RU entities. YC is special because they refuse to go throigj the pain of doing so. Fair enough I guess, considering the number of investments they do.
