- lelanthran 4y ago> I can highly recommend to override the keyboard layout so that you can press CAPS-LOCK + <some letter> for arrow keys It's easier to simply buy a machine with a better keyboard than to memorise a whole new set of keychords that I won't be using anywhere else. There's a lot of nice laptops out there with decent keyboard layouts, even in the 14" range.
