That is also how California style cuisine is described.
- rightbyte 4y agoEasy to say when nice advocados are a dime a dozen. The US has so much better fresh edibles than say Ireland.
- klodolph 4y ago"California style cuisine" focuses on local ingredients, if you had a "California style" restaurant in Ireland it should focus on things like beef, grains, cabbage, carrots, etc. but it would be prepared differently.
