Her title was "Senior Manager", she wasn't what a layperson would think of when hearing "senior manager". I don't know how Google News operate but I doubt she was invited to Google News senior management meetings. Not to diminish her activism or the meaning of her resignation. I just thought to clarify since many tech journalists either don't understand corporate titles or purposefully try to mislead readers by using them in a specific way.
