Depp should have brought a class action defamation suite against the ACLU and limited Heard's testimony to the NDA. Instead, he makes a fool of himself in an act of vengeance by dragging out all of his families closet skeletons in attempt at publicly shaming the clueless airhead wife, but does manage to get part of his divorce settlement back and gives the media a free drama clown show while the ACLU walks away unpunished and the trial attorneys make bank.
- yucky 4y agoI think a lot of people saw it differently. Depp won over $8 million because people are finally starting to take abusive women seriously. Heard is done. ACLU was exposed for what they are now and their reputation is forever ruined. Anybody who ever tries to cite them for anything will immediately get linked to this case and the argument discredited.
