The other comments offer good advice but as a counter-point I would encourage you to consider, whats the delta between your current employer and Google (maybe it's a great company and there isn't much difference). Whats the value add of 6 more months of Google? How much faster do you get your next promotion at Google if you start now, how much is that promotion worth? $100k seems like a lot, and it is in real terms. I find that people can some times get tripped up by the total amounts though. In my experience it's usually (but not always) better to keep momentum and go to the better company sooner.
