    Exactly. It is what makes pakistan relevant in the world compared to other countries in the area. And it is the only thing that nearly all, if not all politicians are united on.

  (2008) This would just subsidize Pakistan to build more unless a non-proliferation agreement was also reached and neither would happen unless Kashmir was settled as India or China would steamroll Pakistan to resolve claims.
