Tech hiring freeze doesn't mean people won't leave
- jleyank 4y agoIn the past, chest thumping displays by management cowed the less desirable workers but pushed the best ones towards the door. I would not think the wfh demo of the last two years changed this dynamic. Particularly if these desirables did their work in something resembling the offices of olden times. Stuffing people into a bullpen just isn’t going to interest people.
