Why do I doubt that they are doing this with their C-level compensation?
- sokoloff 4y agoI think they will. Every one of their CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs will be paid the same as anyone else at the company holding that same title, without regard to where in the world they live. (If there is only one job, any company automatically has a One Job, One Pay philosophy.)
- mxstbr 4y agoOur C-level compensation is transparent internally[0] and anchored to the market data, just like all other roles. I will say that for anyone else thinking about doing this, there is a lot less market data available for those positions.
