- KennyBlanken 4y agoWhat really rubs me the wrong way is the tone in his original post, which sounds remarkably like a boomer complaining 'people didn't want to work and it screwed us do-gooders over' In his follow-up comment it really sounds like their jobs were either shit or the compensation wasn't good enough. Lots of companies paid their workers well and didn't have retention issues, but the 'big boys' just treat labor as disposable.
