- yuhong 4y agoPart of the reason why I wrote about CompatTelRunner is that Billy O'Neal was complaining about it on Twitter.
- xolve 4y agoMicrosoft is huge, with a lot of technical/organizational legacy. Think of it like a Linux distro, cloud, gaming, ERP and what not all rolled under one brand. So communications cannot always happen 1-to-1 like a clique in a graph. Even internally often the route to report bugs/ask features is similar to what is available to public.
