As I commented in the nonhackernews thread, this should be combined with nonhackernews. While I've enjoyed reading both sites, we don't need two HN splinters.

- mattmaroon 18y agoI know what you mean, but I don't want to limit NHN to just finance-related stuff. It's obviously the hot topic du jour, but it normally plays a smaller role in the news than it does currently. I do like the site though.
- nickb 18y agoTotally understand. The reason behind NonHN and NM is completely different and I don't think we're splintering anything. I'm posting on both sites and they complement each other. I don't think there will be much overlap between the two as soon as this mess is over.

- nickb 18y agoI'm posting there too :) But the reason why I started this one was because I want just purely business news. NonHN has a much wider focus which is great too. But I'd like to have 'one page of business news' site. After this financial meltdown is over, I guarantee you that there won't be much overlap between HN, NonHN and NM.
- yters 18y agoIs there a way to create a meta site for these 3, so a person can choose to view any combination they wish?
