  thanks, i didn't remember that detail, but there are other FOSS games with similar, or even worse caveats (graphics not free for example), and i think they are still worth considering. with the whole engine and other code accessible as FOSS we can fix bugs and improve the game. and we can run our own servers and create our own stories. only the lack of sounds is a pity. that would be some work to recreate. i don't know if there are efforts underway
